This Return Policy page is written in a Shopify‑friendly format that you can add as a regular page or under Settings → Policies → Refund policy.
Return policy
Style CHARGE wants you to feel confident shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Return window and eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and, where applicable, in original packaging.

Tags, labels, and any accessories must be attached.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-eligible items

Items returned after 30 days from delivery.

Items that are used, damaged, altered, or not in their original condition for reasons not due to our error.

Unauthorized returns sent without prior contact may be refused.
Unless specifically marked “final sale” on the product page, items are generally eligible for return if they meet the conditions above.
Return shipping and fees

Return shipping is free for approved returns.

A prepaid return label will be provided once your return is authorized.

No restocking fees are charged on returned items.

Wait for approval and your prepaid return label with instructions.

Pack your items securely and attach the label to the package.

Drop off the package with the specified carrier.
Please do not send items back without first receiving return authorization, as this may delay processing.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your provider.
Shipping charges paid on the original order (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (for example, a wrong or defective item).
Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not processed automatically.

If you want a different size, color, or product, follow the return steps for a refund and place a new order.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Contact@stylecharge.shop so that a replacement or refund can be arranged where possible.
International returns

International orders follow the same 30‑day return window and item conditions.
