Style CHARGE aims to keep product availability accurate and up to date so customers know when items are in stock, low in stock, or unavailable.

Stock availability

  • Products listed as “In stock” are available to order and will be fulfilled from our primary location at 37 Country Road, Medford, New York 11763, United States.

  • In rare cases of simultaneous orders or system delays, an item may sell out before your order is processed; if this happens, you will be notified and offered a refund or alternative.

Out‑of‑stock items

Inventory updates

  • Inventory levels are updated regularly as new stock arrives and orders are processed.

  • During periods of high demand (such as promotions or holidays), inventory may change quickly, and certain items or sizes can sell out without prior notice.

Multiple items in one order

  • If one item in your order becomes unavailable after you place the order, you will be contacted with options, which may include a partial shipment, substitution (if agreed), or a refund for the unavailable item.

  • Remaining available items in your order will typically ship as normal unless otherwise communicated.

Errors and corrections

  • Style CHARGE reserves the right to correct any errors in stock information, pricing, or product details, and to cancel or adjust orders affected by such errors.

  • If an order needs to be changed or canceled because of an inventory issue, you will be informed and issued a refund for any affected items.
